Castrol GTX has released a 13-minute documentary telling the story of Irv Gordon who has driven over three million miles in a Volvo P1800S over the last 50 years… exclusively using Castrol oil.

Reflecting on his journey and the lengthy engine life Gordon said: “We have been through quite a lot”. For every mile Gordon adds on in the car, he extends the World Record by that extra bit. Vital to Castrol.

‘The 3 Million Mile Journey’ video, created and distributed by Jaywing, hits home the fact that Gordon achieved his record using Castrol Oil for the duration of his record.
