New York-based fashion house Donna Karan International has appointed Apple’s former creative director of worldwide Hector Muelas to the newly created role of chief image officer.
Muelas will be in charge of all areas of brand image, marketing and creative services for Donna Karan International as well as all digital platforms and e-commerce.
Prior to joining Apple Muelas held creative and executive positions at Creative Artists Agency (CAA) in Los Angeles and Wieden+Kennedy in Amsterdam where he developed creative for brands including Nike and Coca Cola.
