Lord Browne, the former BP chief executive, who was in charge when a Texas refinery exploded killing 15 people in 2005, has offered up his opinion of Volkswagen’s PR crisis.
In his new book Connect, Browne alleges that public trust is vital when recovering from disasters such as VW’s emissions scandal. He said: “VW could have a faster recovery than somebody else.
