Fiat Chrysler is recalling more than 1.1m of its vehicles around the world following 41 injuries that have been related to driver confusion around whether or not their car is in ‘park.’
According to the company, the recall stems from the fact that drivers of the vehicles involved may mistakenly exit their cars without placing them in ‘park’ mode since the gear shifters depend on a light system instead of physical position, which some have found confusing.
