JD Wetherspoon prints Brexit beer mats hoping to soak up your EU referendum vote

JD Wetherspoon founder Tim Martin has strengthened his push for a UK exit from the EU by printing 200,000 beer mats for his pub chain attacking the head of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Christine Lagarde.

The mats look to hit punters when they’re having their pints, raising questions about the effectiveness and motives of the IMF, which among other things, helped fund Greece’s bailout.
