Private equity firm Lake Capital’s £100m acquisition of Engine Group is likely to trigger further acquisitions, according to Results International partner Jim Houghton.
The fact the agency has been bought by a private equity firm, rather than one of the major agency holding groups, in itself is enough to signal further acquisitions in the pipeline, he has said.
