The L’Oreal Group has selected Sitecore help enable its marketers to deliver personalised customer experiences.
The deal sees L’Oreal’s portfolio of brands, including Vichy, L’Oreal Paris, Maybelline and Garnier, using Sitecore’s technology to change the way women and men experience beauty online.
L’Oreal SA, chief information officer, Jean-Christophe Sautory, commented: “As the leader in customer experience management, it was a natural move from our existing in-house platform to Sitecore’s enterprise-class experience platform. With Sitecore, we can deliver compelling, personalised and immersive digital experiences for our customers globally.”
