Manchester City’s new badge has reportedly been leaked by the Intellectual Property Office (IPO) ahead of its official release.
The Premier League club had intended to unveil the new crest on Boxing Day however the IPO published what appears to be the new design on its website, listing 22 December as the date it was filled.
The page also contains links to other recently registered Manchester City trademarks including another design which was filed on the same day, as well as the revered 1970s badge, which City trademarked in September.
