Mozilla staff take to Twitter to urge CEO Brendan Eich to resign over support for anti-gay marriage campaign

Employees at Mozilla have taken to Twitter to urge CEO Brendan Eich to step down over his support for an anti-gay marriage campaign, just days after he took up the post.

Staff at the tech company were quick to air their views about his appointment, with Chris McAvoy, project lead for Open Badges at the Mozilla Foundation, one of several employees to take to the social networking site, according to The Independent.
