New Bailey, a planned mixed-use development on the banks of River Irwell, has been officially launched with a new website and new marketing collateral created by Cuckoo Design.
The launch follows the acquisition of the City Wharf building, a 1970s office block which be demolished immediately and make way for the next stage of the scheme. New Bailey is planned as a “high value, high-density” mixed-use development and forms part of the twelve-year £650m Salford Central regeneration scheme that covers over 50 hectares of land in the city.
