Nike‘s Jordan brand has marked its inauguration into football after Barcelona star Neymar Jr. unveiled his new Jordan boots, making him the first footballer to wear the iconic Jumpman logo.
The Jordan range, which generates over $30bn annually for Nike, has dominated the basketball footwear industry for years and has until now remained solely focused on the sport of basketball.
Brazilian star Neymar Jr. has been open in his admiration for the line and the legendary figure responsible for them, Michael Jordan.
