Netflix announced a new original anime series, Perfect Bones, that will debut on the service. Though not the first anime on Netflix, what’s most notable is that the entire 12-episode series will debut simultaneously in 190 countries around the globe as opposed to just one or several markets. There is, as of now, no official release date.
Production I.G., most known for the Ghost in the Shell franchise and the animated sequence in Quentin Tarantino’s Kill Bill: Vol. 1 is leading the production effort of the series.
