TBWA have promoted Cem Topçuoğlu to the position of president, international in reward for faithful service as president of TBWA/Central, and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa for the past four years.
Topçuoğlu’s elevation will not affect the London office the company has said, but does impact Manchester/Ireland as well as a series of markets across Western Europe; including Finland, Italy, Spain and Sweden as these territories fall under the broadened remit.
