Twitter Stickers could soon let users customise their photos Snapchat-style

Twitter is developing a new product called Stickers, which will let users edit their snaps and add overlays to them before sharing with their followers.

Similar to its secret celebrity ‘Twitter Camera’ feature, which provides A-listers with a “custom photo experience” via pictures and GIFs, the new product will apparently let tweeters place drawings and decals on top of pictures.

First reported by Re/code, the move will bring the social network in line with Snapchat, and could eventually be used by brands for interactive campaigns à la Snapchat’s Sponsored Lenses format.
