Twitter tells Marketers that 90% of videos are viewed on mobile and confirms long form tweet plan

Twitter confirmed to marketers that long form Tweets will land on the platform shortly at its Plan for 2016 event today (28 January).

The showcase, aimed at advertisers, featured talks from the social network’s product marketing manager Lucy O’Dwyer and business marketing manager for UK and Ireland, Lorna Brady.

During a Q&A session, the brand admitted that an extended character count is coming.
