The Government has issued a tender for its media buying framework, which could be worth as much as £600m over a four year period.
The marketing services framework was published earlier this month and is valued at between £400m – £600m with those appointed tasked utilising existing media and channel plans to purchase media space regionally, nationally and internationally across a range of different channels and platforms as required.
The procurement department has said that it does not plan to use an electronic auction in deciding the successful applicants, with the closure for receiving applications this week.
