UK named as the least diverse country in terms of speakers at major events

In major events globally, more than two-thirds (69%) of all speakers were male, while less than one-third (31%) were female, according to Bizzabo.

The report titled ‘Gender Diversity & Inclusion in Events Report’ further states that US came out on top with 35% of its speakers being female versus 65% male followed by Canada with 32% of all speakers female versus 68% male. The United Kingdom was the least diverse of the three countries, with only 25% of its speakers being female versus 75% male.
