Entertainment magazine Variety’s latest issue features a cover story called ‘Shame On Us’ that details Hollywood’s diversity problem, following this month’s #OscarsSoWhite backlash that saw many people criticizing the Academy for not nominating any of people of color for Oscars this year.

Yet screenwriter and director Eric Haywood pointed out on Twitter that those looking to buy this issue of the mag may have a hard time spotting it on newsstands – since it’s covered by a full-page ad for the Matt Damon movie ‘The Martian.’
