Powwownow looks to remedy common workplace complaints in social campaign

The campaign by the conference call provider encourages workers to tweet about a problem or something that frustrates them at work – from running out of milk to commuting nightmares – with Powwownow then looking to provide creative solutions to the issues. Michael Kors CEO announces new e-commerce site and ‘very exciting’ in-store technology as global sales soar by 50%

Croatian tourist board launches new social media campaign website

Re-named Share Croatia, the new site, which goes live on 1 June, will gather new tourist videos posted under the campaign hashtags of #LoveCroatia and #ShareCroatia on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Vine in real time, meaning travellers to Croatia could be “the faces” of the tourist board’s next video campaign. Odeon, Cineworld and Vue announce blanket ban on independence debate ads

By Ishbel Macleod Major cinema chains Odeon, Cineworld and Vue have announced a blanket ban on ads both for and against the independence referendum in Scotland, following complaints from film fans.
