Spotify becomes the latest victim of hackers

By Natalie Mortimer Music streaming site Spotify is the latest in a string of technology companies to be targeted by hackers. Spotify said that no financial, password or payment information had been breached but that as a precautionary measure it is asking a portion of its users to re-enter their username and password to log in over the next few days. In addition, Android users of the mobile app are being advised to upgrade as “a precautionary measure against any potential ongoing risk”.
