By Natalie Mortimer Uber is continuing to ruffle the feathers of cabbies across the globe, this time in the Canadian province of Ontario where Toronto taxi drivers have launched legal action that could see the ride sharing app forced to pay out $400m (£198m) in damages. Law firm Sutts, Strosberg LLP, which is representing the taxi drivers, told Reuters they think “Uber X and Uber XL have created an enormous marketplace for illegal transportation in Toronto”.
