To support the contract, which has seen minority shareholders Nev Ridley and Shaun Beaumont sell their stakes in the business for an undisclosed sum, a new organisation dubbed Manifest Group has been created. By Tony Connelly Sky Sports has secured the rights to the Chinese Super League in a deal that will see the broadcaster show live matches from the Ping An Chinese Football Association Super League (CSL) over the course of the next three seasons. The first match to be shown as part of the new partnership will be on Saturday 30 July when the Shanghai Shenhua face Jiangsu Suning. The New England-based company stumped up for a full page campaign running under the slogan #FeelTheBerk in reference to Bernie Sander’s political mantra and playing on the name of its chief executive Roger Berkowitz, but was soon called out on Twitter for its seemingly misogynistic implications. ‘We Have a Term for Cold Fish.
