Manifest London and Manifest New York will now be fully controlled by Manifest founder Alex Myres, following a deal that has seen him become the sole owner of both companies.
To support the contract, which has seen minority shareholders Nev Ridley and Shaun Beaumont sell their stakes in the business for an undisclosed sum, a new organisation dubbed Manifest Group has been created.
Both companies will sit under the group’s umbrella, while sister agency Manifest Communications – equally owned by Ridley and Beaumont will breakaway and rebrand as Ilk.
