WPP chief executive officer Mark Read has set out his three-year growth plan for the troubled network by pledging to deliver a ‘renewed commitment to creativity’ and further invest in talent in order to kickstart growth, as the firm slashes 3,500 jobs worldwide in response to increased competition from Google and Facebook.
