Amazon UK shoppers will receive free delivery from pickup locations

Amazon has announced that it will waive delivery fees for UK shoppers will if they choose to receive their items at a pickup location.

Shoppers can receive their orders at 13,000 UK sites, as a result cancelling out the standard delivery delivery fee. For orders to be eligible for the promotion, consumers must spend over £20 (or £10 for books).

John Tagawa, vice president of operations, Amazon UK, said: “We are always trying to lower costs for our customers.
