Jeremy Clarkson is facing a lengthy stint behind bars in Argentina after a local judge re-opened a case relating to the ill-fated broadcaster’s now infamous foray to the South American state.
The move will see prosecutors probe whether a decision to drive across the country in a vehicle bearing the number plate H982 FKL constituted a crime in a nation still sore about losing a battle with Britain to wrest control of the island in 1981.
