Drinks manufacturer Diageo has beaten McDonald’s Restaurants and Virgin Media in the annual UK Best Place to Work Awards, winning ninth place in the Large Organisation category.
Compiled by research firm Great Place to Work, Diageo were the only organisation from the drinks sector to make the top thirty list, which was won by Capital One. The category received over one hundred entries.
The results were announced on Tuesday night, following an official awards ceremony, honouring those organisations which demonstrate a strong track record in sustaining high levels of trust and engagement.
