Canada’s health minister has stepped up her efforts to ban illegal marijuana advertising with the creation of a dedicated task force.
Rona Ambrose said the task force would monitor illegal marijuana advertising and “ensure that those who engage in such illegal activities are stopped.”
The move follows on from a rise in illegal online and storefront marijuana dispensaries which the Conservative government want to ensure remain illegal.
