IAB Japan launches via a partnership with Japanese Interactive Advertising Association

The IAB has agreed a licensing deal with the Japanese Interactive Advertising Association (JIAA) to form the first IAB Japan.

The new group will be known as IAB Japan (JIAA) and will be chaired by Yoshio Takada, according to the announcement.

It will be the 43rd national licensee of the IAB model, representing the first time the IAB has had an official partner in Japan, the third largest ad market in the world.
