Maxus Global has appointed Jen Smith as its first ever global creative director.
Smith joined the media agency’s UK arm in 2013 as head of planning and will now focuses on the delivery of creative work for clients both in the UK and globally while expanding the UK creativity leadership programme out to all Maxus employees.
