MWC: Nokia unveils first Android smartphone family Nokia X

Nokia has used Mobile World Congress in Barcelona to unveil its first Android smartphone Nokia X.

The Finnish handset maker, which previously focused on running Windows Phone operating systems, was snapped up by Microsoft after its mobile business suffered in the face of bitter competition from Samsung and Apple.

The phone uses a blend of Asha and Windows Phone, which can run Android apps but will not run on Google Play store but features its own app store.
