Virgin Media have announced that the new role of chief digital entertainment officer will be filled by David Bouchier.

Bouchier, has several decades of extensive experience working within industry and will now bring together and lead the Content, Programming and Digital Entertainment teams at Virgin Media.

Having spent six years helping to develop the Sky business across Europe; Bouchier will bring ideal experience to the new role which will see Stephane David, executive director, content and Scott Kewley, director of digital entertainment will both report to him.
