‘You have to disrupt your own success to stay relevant’ - Arianna Huffington on future of business

Businesses must push to make uncomfortable, disruptive decisions to remain relevant, not fall back on maintaining existing models, according to Huffington Post founder Arianna Huffington.

Speaking to The Drum at a Women in Advertising and Communications (WACL) event in London this week she said today’s technology-driven world is ushering in a new leadership model where female values are “at a premium”.
