Camelot Group has announced it is to initiate a restructuring exercise which will split it into two separate entities, following the retirement of its CEO of the past 14 years, Dianne Thompson CBE.
The reorganisation of the lottery operator will see Andy Duncan head the core UK business whilst Nigel Railton takes the helm at Camelot’s global division as the group seeks to diversify its international portfolio.
