The campaign for Britain to exit the EU has been bolstered by a group of 250 business bosses vocally supporting the ‘Brexit’ push, including leaders at JD Wetherspoons, Carphone Warehouse and Patisserie Valerie.
Unveiled today the list of businesses also includes ex HSBC chief exec Michael Geoghegan who announced his support of Vote Leave ahead of the 23 June referendum.
“The UK’s businesses and in particular its financial services sector would thrive outside the EU if the country votes to leave,” Geoghegan told the Financial Times.
