FCB has named Joerg Hempelmann as the first president of FCB Health Europe in a newly created role which aims to create a global business model.

Hempelmann will direct all European operations, including overseeing ICC, one of the two full-service UK-based healthcare agencies, the other being FCB Halesway.

According to the company’s statement, he will provide an integrated team approach, enhance payer strategy, medical education, digital marketing efforts and video production offerings, as well as strategic planning and media services.
