Solicitor advocate Dr Alan Blacker told The Drum today that he was “shocked and appalled” at a judge’s comments that he had appeared in court “dressed like something out of Harry Potter.”
Judge David Wynn Morgan issued the reprimand at the conclusion of the trial at Cardiff Crown Court of Andrzej Wojcicki, who was found guilty of causing the death of a cyclist last year.
