Police probe eBay sale of Scottish referendum votes

A police investigation has been launched into online auction house eBay after a man claiming to be resident in Glasgow posted a listing for his vote in the upcoming independence referendum for £1.04.

The unidentified man accompanied his sale with the words: “This is my very own unique piece of British History! It is my personal YES or NO vote for the upcoming Scottish Referendum in September.

“I for one, do not give a flying monkeys about any of this. This could be the deciding vote. Who knows?
