Save the Children is set to reinvent its YouTube channel after announcing the winner of its #Vlog4Good competition, which will see the charity cement its focus on social media.
YouTuber Scarf Demon, also known as 24 year-old Chloe Dungate, won the competition and will now front Save the Children’s YouTube channel as it looks to push forward digital engagement with donators.
Votes for the finalists were crowdsourced at this year’s YouTube event Summer in the City as well as through YouTube, Twitter and Facebook, after a panel of industry experts helped narrow down the entrants.
