UK festival guide Skiddle will be utilising 3D printing technology to help keep poorly prepared festival goers dry producing them customised wellington boots in under half an hour.
This summer, the initiative will run at festivals across the country including the Isle of White Festival, Leeds & Reading Festival and Creamfields, with the aim of doling out 10,000 pairs of free 3D printed wellies.
The ‘Give It Some Welly’ service will help combat what could be another wet British summer with the free wellies.
