Sonos chief product officer Marc Whitten is to exit the consumer electronics firm after two years as part of a restructuring exercise that will see it focus on streaming music.
During his time at the business Whitten oversaw the release of devices including the Play 5 and its sound balancing feature Trueplay and comes just weeks after chief executive John McFarlane warned of impending job losses.
