Music streaming platform Spotify has formed a partnership with Sprint, the US mobile network, to provide music streaming services in a bundle to its subscribers.
Commencing on 9 May the deal will see subscribers of Sprint’s ‘Framily’ package receive a six-month trial of Spotify, after which they will have the option to subscribe to a premium service for as little as $4.99 a month.
Subscribers to other packages will benefit from a three month trial and $9.99 follow on deal, together with the opportunity to pick up a customised version of HTC’s M8 handset which features high-definition audio technology.
