The Onion, aka ‘America’s finest news source’, is the latest publisher to sign up to Snapchat Discover.
The satirical title is sit alongside the 20-something media owners already using the platform to distribute content, joining the likes of Cosmopolitan, the Daily Mail and National Geographic.
Earlier this year Spanish language network Univision took a chunk out of the Onion, announcing it was acquire a 40 per cent share of the site for $200m.
