Three’s #Makeitright slogan is meant to encapsulate the brand’s commitment to the customer but it’s currently being used by many to voice their dismay at the prospect of expensive bills.
The mobile phone operator has doubled the cost of some of its monthly tariffs in a move that will impact a sizeable chunk of its 8.8 million users. Those affected have 30 days to switch to another plan or supplier before they are moved to another tariff, though customers believe it’s an underhanded attempt from Three to offer less for more.
