Twitter’s senior vice president Kevin Weil will lead all product development, including ad products, developer products as well as features like Vine and Pericscope. Despite this, Seibert’s promotion gives him oversight of Twitter’s core product offering.

Senior director of engineering Rich Paret will handle Twitter’s developer products.
