Warner Bros. has reportedly entered production of an online dating focussed romcom titled Worst Tinder Date Ever, if the Hollywood reporter is to be believed.
The flimsy premise is being fleshed out into a feature length comedy by scriptwriters Keith Merryman and David A. Newman in a follow up to their 2011 work, Friends with Benefits.
Charting some of the pitfalls associated with the pursuit of love in the 21st century the film will follow one unfortunate couple’s disastrous date, peppering awkward silences, profile mismatches and lack of attraction with ‘action elements’.
