Weetabix is to reinvigorate its marketing team with the appointment of Gareth Turner as head of brand, as part of a renewed focus on skills by offering bespoke training to marketing staff.
Food and drink sector veteran Turner will be tasked with fuelling further growth at the cereal brand which has benefited from the ongoing ‘Have You Had Your Weetabix’ and ‘Any-Which-Way-A-Bix’ campaigns.
Turner spent seven years as head of brand operations (Europe) for Arla Foods, having previously logged 14 years at Heineken UK.
