Donor has appointed former Addison Lee marketing boss Nick Constantinou as managing director as part of a shakeup of its leadership it hopes will unlock growth opportunities.

He joins the agency’s London team and will report to co-chief executive David DeMuth. It marks Constantinou’s return to the agency space after a stint at Addison Lee following his time at Collective London, McCann Erikson and AKQA.
